How do I check on the status of my ticket?

When you first log in, you should see "My Activities" up at the top right of the screen, next to your name and the link for submitting a new ticket. When you click on that link, you'll be brought to a page listing all of your current outstanding tech requests.

I will do my best to keep each ticket updated as I make progress on them. Please feel free to add comments to open tickets if the situation or requirements have changed.
